The XTOURING Full Frame Bag DRY is the core capacity solution tailored for long-haul bikepackers. This bag installs securely within the bike's main triangle, serving as the ideal location for carrying heavier or bulkier gear, such as tents, cookware, stove sets, and even lightweight camping furniture. This effectively lowers the center of gravity and enhances riding stability.

Construction, Waterproofing & Versatility

This frame bag is constructed using High-Frequency (HF) welding technology, delivering complete waterproof protection. Combined with a flexible roll-top closure design, it not only provides a reliable waterproof barrier but also ensures an adjustable fit, making it perfectly compatible with various frame geometries including Road, Gravel, Touring, and Hardtail MTBs.

The bag also features a large side pocket and an inner pocket for small items that require fast access.

The Honeycomb Iron Grey fabric combines rugged durability with sophisticated aesthetics. This strong, lightweight, tear-resistant nylon features a distinctive honeycomb weave. Its muted, metallic grey color is intentionally formulated to minimize the visibility of dirt, allowing the gear to maintain a clean, low-key, and attractive appearance even after the most rigorous use.

Core Material and Waterproofing

The bag is constructed from ultra-durable 210D Nylon, reinforced with a tear-resistant weave for exceptional longevity. The inner surface features a laminated, ultra-thick TPU waterproof layer, engineered to withstand hydrostatic pressure up to 15,000mmH₂O Furthermore, the exterior is treated with a C6 DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish on the surface, ensuring that mud or water effectively beads up and rolls off, preventing accumulation.

Safety and Hardware

For enhanced nighttime safety, the fabric is printed with a highly reflective 3M™ Scotchlite™ coating, significantly improving visibility when riding in low-light conditions. The hardware is equally robust, equipped with Nifco and Durflex military-grade plastic and metal buckles, ensuring reliable performance and secure fastening in any extreme weather scenario.
