It was designed to fastened securely to the top tube by touch fastener strap(self cutable to fit your own top tube diameter size) or bolt-on bosses(screws not included). And with special bungee cord attachment for the head-tube side, the bag stays stable while riding even in steering. The access to contained items was more than easy with one-finger zipper puller.
